By February 3, 2018Superheroes with Ink

Writing is a great way of letting your mind speak. We truly appreciate the work a writer does. And today in our Superhero with Ink series the superhero badge goes to Jazz Molly for writing super cute bedtime story and making a task of parents easy.

Let’s hear it from her!

1) Tell us about your recent book.

Winter the Fairy Princess Series, 5 books Bedtime Series for children.

Let your imagination soar with the first book of Winter the Fairy Princess series, A story not only your child will love, but you as a parent/teacher will love as well! Meet Wyatt the Wizard, Crystal the Unicorn and many more friends along the way in this enchanting fresh new fairy tale.

2) Can you share little details about your background?

I live in Geelong, Victoria in Australia. I’m a mum of 3 kids “Winter” who is 5, “Logan” who is almost 3 and my newest edition “Evie-Willow” who is 5 months old (no more babies for me XD). So them three keep me busy in general. Soon I’ll be making YouTube videos as a hobby of my daughter Winter acting out scenes with her toys as this is something she has wanted to do for months and is very passionate about it. It’s her dream to be on YouTube and make lots of Video’s. She will also be in YouTube video’s dressed as Winter the Fairy promoting my books so keep an eye out! Here is my YouTube if anyone wants to subscribe I’m hoping Winter will have her first YouTube video up next week sometime.

3) What motivated you to write this book?

My children motivate me and I feel like I was born to write children’s book. I feel like it’s a big part of my life and one of my biggest goals in life.  My children inspire me and children, in general, I have a saying that “I want to enchant children’s dreams” so that’s why I write fairy tales for bedtime stories. I want to help children with their imagination and have them dream of Wizards and Fairies and Dragons and so forth.

4)What are you currently working on?

I’m currently working on a spin-off series based on Wyatt the Wizard who is a character in the Winter the Fairy Princess Series

5) When did you start writing?

I’ve written since I was a teenager but wrote Winter the Fairy Princess books around 4-5 years ago.

6) Which writers inspire you the most?

Writer’s that inspire me would have to be Bryce Courtenay and John Marsden

7) Any future projects you are working on.

Yes working on Wyatt the Wizard 5 Book Series. Hopefully more books afterwards.

8) What are your hobbies?

My hobbies are reading, writing, walking, watching Netflix and YouTube.

9) Is there any book you personally love and would recommend all the readers?

I would recommend Bryce Courtenay’s “Jessica” It’s the only book that has made me cry at the end.

10) Any advice for budding writers.

My advice would be to research as much as possible about the difference between self-publishing and traditional publishing also to research any publisher that wants to work with you as some publishers will ask for money to edit, illustrate and so forth a proper traditional publishing house will not ask for any money.
